You can feel the misalignment in your bones.
You might not have the words for it —
but your body knows.
The tension. The fatigue.
The subtle sense that you’ve wandered too far from yourself.
You’ve been doing all the "right" things.
Holding it together. Showing up. Smiling when it hurts. Carrying the weight of everyone around you.
Being the glue when everything feels like it might fall apart.
You’ve mastered the art of pretending — of masking your truth, people-pleasing, saying yes when you mean no.
You’ve done what was expected. But at what cost?
The “All In” Alignment Journey is a container that will hold you — and call you home.
To the version of you that doesn’t need to perform, pretend or push through.
The one who knows what alignment feels like… and is ready to live from there.
This is for the ones who are done waiting. Done shrinking. Done surviving a life that doesn’t fit.
This is for the ones ready to light the match.
To burn through what’s no longer true — and burn i to what is.
You’ve quieted your values to keep the peace.
You’ve lived small to make others comfortable.
You’ve stayed busy to avoid the ache.
But deep down, you know there’s more.
More aliveness. More clarity. More you.
burn in
This journey is for OT professionals who are feeling burnt out at work — it’s for any OT professional feeling the slow pull of a life that no longer fits.
It’s about all the places in your life where you’ve drifted from yourself — in your relationships, your routines, your roles, your rhythm.
It’s about the quiet ache of misalignment — the one you feel when you're doing what’s expected, but not what’s true.
Inside “All In” Alignment, you’ll journey through a 6-week guided experience designed for occupational therapy professionals who are ready to stop pushing, start aligning and finally create a life that feels like home.
Over 6 transformational weeks, you’ll:
Explore the Burn In Model — a powerful framework rooted in occupational thinking, metaphor, and meaning
Unpack your own Doing, Being, Belonging and Becoming
Reflect on where misalignment is quietly draining your energy
Reconnect with your values, vitality and voice
Learn how to live and lead from your inner flame — not from pressure or performance
Be supported by a likeminded community of OT professionals who are also ready to do life meaningfully
This journey is part education, part reflection, part reclamation.
It’s not about fixing yourself…
It’s about coming home to yourself.
It’s time to stop dimming your light.
It’s time to reconnect with what fuels you -
your truth, your passions, your people.
It’s time to remember what it feels like to

Each week, we’ll walk through the elements of The Burn In Model, using fire as a metaphor for your alignment.
🔥 Get grounded in your story. Reflect on your identity, meaningful occupations, and sense of belonging. Who are you and what legacy do you want to leave behind?
🌧️ Identify the environmental forces impacting your flame. What systems, settings, and stressors are draining or sustaining you?
🪨 Examine your boundaries. Are they protecting your fire - or compromising it?
🪵 Explore the personal and occupational factors that feed your flame. What habits, traits, and practices are fuelling or dimming your flame?
✨ Acknowledge and honor the gifts you offer to the world when you’re burning in. How does your alignment impact those around you?
🎉 Celebrate your insight and growth. Set an intention for the next season of your life and OT journey.

Not at this time — but we are developing professional development/continuing education courses focused on how to apply the Burn In Model with OT clients.
In the meantime, we encourage you to check with your licensing board or employer to see if this course may count toward self-directed or reflective practice hours. If so, we’re happy to provide you with a certificate of completion.
Feel free to email us with any questions at hello@burninnotout.com

We may run additional cohorts, but this first round is a special opportunity to help shape the future of the Burn In Model before we share it more widely with the general public.
As a founding participant, your voice and experience will help inform how this work grows and impacts others.
-
Yes! It is designed to complement other forms of support. It’s not therapy, but it is deeply reflective. If you're currently in therapy or working with a coach, this can offer additional insight and tools to bring into those spaces.
-
No problem! All live sessions will be recorded and made available to you within 24–48 hours. You will also still be able to tap into the collective energy of the group and receive real-time peer support within the online community!

This isn’t about bubble baths or toxic positivity. It’s about understanding the dynamic and complex interplay of personal, professional, and systemic factors shaping your inner flame - using a model created by OTs, for OTs. The Burn In Model offers a visual, metaphor-rich framework that’s both reflective and practical.
